On another note, his handwriting has really improved over the last several weeks. For a kid that used to refuse to even touch a pencil, let alone try and write, he's come such a long way! He still asks at times to help him grip the pencil properly -- not sure if it's a lack of interest or short attention span -- but he wrote his own thank you note to his former preschool teacher for a belated birthday gift he had received and just about melted her heart.
